- Rhonda Weir Added 2017-07-16★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Scotiabank in general has become a completely different bank than they used to be. If you are looking for a bank that provides great customer service, and is customer-centric, do not deal with Scotiabank. You pretty much have to demand to have any kind of customer service experience, which seems to come much more naturally to other banks.
This branch in particular seems very unprofessional and, although the tellers (most of them) are usually very nice, don't expect anything special in terms of customer service. And woe is you if you have to try to contact them by phone.
I personally am moving my business over to the beautiful Royal Bank in Uxbridge. They are amazing. CIBC in Uxbridge is also very exceptional in terms of customer
service. Scotiabank is about 5 notches down from either of these branches. Do yourself a favour and deal with Royal Bank or CIBC.
