Made my first appointment, had to cancel, had more than enough time on there booking details to cancel, never got an email that it was cancelled, so called there multiple times between 5pm up to 6:30pm on a weekday when they are open until 8pm and no one picked up the phone, left message and no call back very unprofessional.
